Keith Randolph Banks died at Fayetteville on Jan. 20, 1980. He was born Sept. 5, 1958, at Rogers, Arkansas, to Warren Eugene and Carolyn Banks.
Keith was an usher and crucifer for his church, St. Paul’s, in Fayetteville. He lettered in football in high school and loved to go camping in the mountains. He graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1976 and was attending the University of Arkansas, majoring in chemical engineering.
He had been admitted to the School of Medicine at the time of his death and planned to practice biomedicine, hoping to restore mobility to people with disabilities.
He is buried at Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fayetteville.
